Shrimp on skewers
If you wanted something exotic, make shrimp the traditional Japanese way. This shrimp is perfect bottle of cold beer.

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Tomato

    200 g

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Shrimp

    250 g

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Embossed with chesnokodavilke garlic mix with soy sauce, vegetable oil, vinegar.

Pour the oil mixture over prepared shrimp and leave to marinate for 1 hour. While marinating the shrimp a few times to mix.

On wooden skewers to thread shrimp alternately with slices of tomatoes

Fry in butter with 2 sides

Shrimp can be marinated at home and take with you on the nature, to fry them on the grill or open fire
