No, such "aggressive" name, involves neither a direct blow to the liver, or indirect, as it is not heavy food. On the contrary, it is lightweight, hearty and allow to "rest" the body from the fatty pork and lamb. At home, I cook it in the convection oven on skewers, and the nature – on the grill. Vegetable sauce at home do in the pan on the gas, in the campaign – in a pot directly on the fire!

Ingredients

  • Basil

  • Sour cream

  • Soy sauce

  • Onion

  • Pepper

  • Milk

    600 ml

  • Beef liver

    1 kg

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Liver washed, cleaned of films, cut into large cubes. Carrots, peel the onion, bell pepper cleaned from seeds.

The liver soak for an hour in milk, then drained, rinsed with water is not necessary! Onion, bell pepper, tomatoes cut into cubes, carrots grate on a grater.

Take the pieces of liver on skewers, salt, pepper and put in the convection oven for 40-50 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees, for uniformity of crust turn over after half of cooking time.
