Cutlets stuffed with cabbage
Recipe Belarusian cuisine. A very tasty dish of the most common products. Cabbage filling together with minced meat – a win-win combination.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    300 g

  • Beef

    300 g

  • Sour cream

    140 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Bread crumbs

  • Cabbage

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

Meat cut into pieces (you can get ready-made stuffing, as in my case), add sour cream, salt and black pepper and sent for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.

Prepare the stuffing. Cabbage finely shinkuem. Carrots three on a coarse grater. Onions cut thin half-rings. In vegetable oil fry onions and carrots until Golden brown. Then add to it the cabbage. All together fry for 5-10 minutes. Sprinkle lightly with salt and add the finely chopped boiled egg. Stir.

Prepared meat mince, add the egg and thoroughly knead the dough. Prepared beef cut into pellets. In the middle of each put the cabbage stuffing.

The burrito cover with a second tortilla. Edges join and give the cutlets an oval shape.

Cutlets dipped in a beaten egg and dip in breadcrumbs.

Fry patties in a large amount of vegetable oil or deep-fried. Fry on all sides until Golden brown and spread in a baking dish. Sent in a well-heated oven at 180 degrees for 20-30min.

Ready cutlets are usually served with boiled potatoes, French fries or mashed potatoes.
