This is a dish I prepare in the most ordinary clay pots. Ingredients for 4 pot.
Potatoes cut into cubes and fill 2/3 of the pot, sprinkle with salt.
Fillet cut into small pieces, salt, add your favorite spices.
Put the fillets in a pot, pour 100 ml of water.
Fill with sour cream.
sprinkle with grated cheese
Bake with covered lid for 1 hour. Bon appetit!
