Me to have such a wonderful piece of femur bone from a pig. Decided to cook him a cold appetizer (hot no less delicious!). For this meat to wash, a little dry. Salt mix with spices, RUB the meat well on all sides, wrap tightly in several layers of foil and put into the refrigerator for at least 10 hours (preferably a day or two if the time is not running out).
Then bake the meat at 180 degrees in foil for 2 hours. Remove foil, meat on the grill (if there is fat, they up) in the mode “grill” to sear a piece of crust (lard is mega-crunchy!). The oven off and allow to cool meats along with oven.
