Cooking
To prepare the products. Preparation begins with a long soak the rice in water. Pour a Cup of rice 2умя cups of water and leave for a few hours, preferably overnight. *For this dish you need a special Thai sticky rice, which we didn't find, so I use another variety of rice - the legend of Thai cuisine - fragrant "Jasmine" from "Mistral".
Soaked rice is cooked in a special bamboo steamer until tender. The steamer had, so I boiled the rice in the usual way in water for about 20 minutes on low heat.
Long pre-soaking makes the cooked rice sticky and viscous. Effect as from the slightly digested rice.
While cooking the rice, prepare the coconut sauce. To do this, warm up the coconut milk together with sugar and a pinch of salt for 3-5 minutes, heating until the sugar is dissolved, not allowing to boil.
Mix the hot coconut milk with rice and knead well. The rice will become sticky. Of the sauce, leave to serve.
Mango peel and cut into slices.
Rice spread on a plate, for example, using a serving ring, garnish with slices of mango and pour the remaining coconut milk. Optionally sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. The dish is well suited for a delicious and nutritious Breakfast, or just as a dessert.
