Cooking
The Bonito cut the belly, remove the entrails, cut off the head, carcass rinse.

Drain the remaining vinegar water with fish and
put together with vegetables in a jar (any narrow capacity), proclaim slice garlic, cut into slices.
cover and let stand for at least 6 hours. I do at night.
