Heh mackerel with vegetables
Elegant appetizer - delicious, bright and flavorful! Soy sauce contributes its own flavor. Impossible to resist!

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Vinegar

    100 ml

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Allspice

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Green onions

    2 piece
