Ingredients

  • Kohlrabi

    1 piece

  • Semi-sweet red wine

    150 ml

  • Flour

    60 g

  • Yogurt

    100 ml

  • Green onions

    0.5 coup

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sunflower seeds

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Black pepper

Cooking

To batter. Beat egg, add wine, flour, salt. Mix well and leave for 30 minutes.

In a chopper add the yogurt, onion, garlic, seeds, salt, lemon juice. All is well beaten. The sauce is ready.
