The recipe for this cookie is pretty simple, but cookie turns crumbly, just melts in your mouth. The biscuits can be prepared with any jam, "Mach"

Cooking
Butter and powdered sugar and beat until the consistency of cream. Add to the mix the egg yolks and vanilla essence. Then add the baking powder.
Mix well until smooth. Add to the mixture the flour and knead the dough that does not stick to hands. Divide the dough into 2 parts, one of which is put in the fridge, the second in the freezer for an hour.
The part that was in the fridge, with your hands gently spread the baking sheet with a parchment, with a thickness of about 4-5 mm Further evenly lubricate the resulting layer of raspberry jam, "Mach."
Remove from the freezer the second part of the test and the weight of the oiled grate it over the jam layer, so that the crumbs are evenly coated the entire surface.
Put the cookies in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes. When biscuits are browned, pull it out of the oven and let cool slightly (5 minutes is enough), then cut into squares with a sharp knife.
Tip: need to cut before cookies have cooled, because it becomes friable and crumbles under the knife. Bon appetit!!!
