Squid in wine sauce
Me again with a simple and quick dish, but very tasty. Delicious calmarie with tomatoes and wine. Try it, you will not regret!

Ingredients

  • Squid

    4 piece

  • Dry red wine

    100 ml

  • Broth

    100 ml

  • Tomato

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Prepare all the ingredients: onions and garlic are finely chopped. Pepper or bake in the oven or in the microwave (4 minutes). Remove the skin, remove seeds and cut into cubes. Tomatoes, if fresh, then blanched to remove the skin and slice. I had tomatoes from the jar. To prepare squid: clean, remove film, cut into slices, and fins (if present), cut into strips.

Fry the onions and garlic in olive oil over medium heat. Add tomatoes and peppers, season with salt and pepper and cook together on low heat for about 10 minutes.

Add the squid, cleaned and cut into slices. Cook, stirring constantly for 5 minutes.

Add the wine, broth and parsley. Cook over medium heat until fully cooked squid. They should be soft.

To serve as hot appetizer or as a main dish. Bon appetit!
