Stewed chicken gizzard
Been looking for a recipe of chicken ventricles, and me and my husband, and the child, in General, everybody liked it. And that happened this auspicious day, when I'm on the vastness of our Internet suddenly met what you need. And here I want to share with You!

Ingredients

  • Chicken stomachs

    1 kg

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Dry white wine

    8 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

  • Black pepper

    8 piece

Cooking

Stomachs fill with water and soak 30 minutes.

To prepare onions, carrots and pepper.

Stomachs put in a pot, cover with water and cook for 5 minutes after boiling.

Then drain the water. In a pot bellies add 1 Cup of water and bring to boil. Then add grated carrots, Bay leaf, pepper, salt, chopped onion. Mix well.

After 20 minutes add diced pepper.

All simmer until tender, about 50 minutes. Connect the flour with 8 tablespoons of wine. Mix well and add to the stomach. Bring to a boil.

Serve with lettuce.
