What turned out tender and flavorful chicken, not to transfer. Couldn't wait for it to cook, to try. A bunch of different spices and herbs in addition to soy sauce made the chicken incredibly tasty and juicy.

Cooking
To prepare all the spices. Soy sauce TM Kikkoman sauce marinade Teriyaki mix with crushed garlic and vegetable oil. Add all the prepared spices, mix well.
RUB well on all sides and inside the chicken, put in a bowl. Pull on the bowl film or take a suitable container with a lid. Leave to marinate not less than 10 hours, and preferably for a day. All this time several times to turn it and brush with marinade.
On a baking sheet to set the grid, so the chicken was swimming in sauce, on top of the grill chicken. Pour into the pan a glass of water, the chicken cover with foil. Put in a hot oven 200°C for 40 minutes, turn down to 180°C for another hour, turn down to 160°C - 20 minutes without foil to brown. All the time watch out to not overheat. Maybe the cooking time will be less. If the chicken is less weight, respectively, the cooking time will be reduced.
Serve the chicken, making swipe at the legs of the curlers. They cover the bones and convenient to do them when cutting chicken.
