Mix the starch, baking powder, baking soda and baking powder - gradually add to the already scrambled eggs. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 30 minutes at 180-200 degrees. From the oven do not open. Let the cake stand for 30 minutes, to opal. I have, as always, problems with the biscuit. Raised it at me very strangely, so this time was something like a wavy mushroom crumpled hat, which I cut and made it the bottom of the cake. That's what I did. In General, you should have a thick crust, which is divided into 2 parts and the filling will be inside.)))
While baked biscuit... I took the frozen cherries in a saucepan and warmed it with sugar. Then sprinkled the top with gelatin. The juice didn't leak, later I soaked the cake. In blender, beat cottage cheese, sour cream and sugar. And spread this mixture on the cooled cookie monster already.
Spread on top of cherries. If you have multiple cakes, the cheese cherry is repeatable. From the top you can pour glaze, sprinkle with nuts, etc. to your taste! Put into the fridge and give a little soak. All a pleasant appetite!!! Believe me, next time I will get a lush biscuit, it's all about practice!)))
