Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Chicken fillet

    200 g

  • Cream

    100 g

  • Pistachios

    50 g

  • Pineapple

    120 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Meat cut into slices 1 cm thick and chop it well.

In a blender beat the chicken fillet, cream, salt, pepper. Add the chopped pistachios. Mix well.

Pineapple cut into strips. Each steak well-lubricated mashed chicken. Lay a few slices of pineapple.

Roll meat rolls. Each roll wrap with foil. Put the rolls in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
