Cooking
Of Carpiquet clean, cut off head, wash. I had a big 3 kg (live weight). Do nadrezki along the edges. Marinade: juice of one lemon (don't discard the zest) + olive oil + soy sauce + honey (buckwheat I) + mint. All knead and grease a good carp inside and out. Leave for 15-20 min.
Peeled and cut potatoes, spread on oiled baking sheet (I used foil because the pan "not the fountain"), salt and pepper. Spread on top of onion rings (or half rings). In the center of the pan spread apples (peeled from serdtsevina and instead put a piece of lemon peel).
On top of all, belly down, put the carp (so that the apples were exactly under the belly). Put in oven at 180-200 gr. for 40-50 minutes. 10 minutes before readiness add finely chopped garlic to the potatoes!!
