Cooking
Eggplant wash and slice lengthwise into thin strips. Blanch for a few minutes until they become soft.
Remove the eggplant to cool and sprinkle with finely chopped nuts and cilantro can be dried, like mine.
Eggplant roll rolls and place in pot. Very well on the bottom fits 3 rolls. Top salt.
