Beef with sauce made from Aronia
Offer a recipe for the contest "Autumn tango". Meat stewed with eggplant - nothing amazing, but in my recipe, they are simmered in a sauce of chokeberry, garlic and lemon.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    400 g

  • Eggplant

  • Walnuts

  • Cilantro

  • Garlic

  • Lemon

  • Salt

  • Water

    1 cup

Eggplant wash and slice lengthwise into thin strips. Blanch for a few minutes until they become soft.

Remove the eggplant to cool and sprinkle with finely chopped nuts and cilantro can be dried, like mine.
