Very unusual crispy baskets, my family liked it. The recipe comes from the collection of B. Burda
Ingredients

Cooking
noodles boil in salted water for 5-7 minutes, discard in a colander, rinse and put to dry on a plate lined with 2 layers of parchment for 5 hours (I cooked it in the morning for dinner)
a portion of noodles to put into the sieve with a long handle
flatten sieve of a smaller size (ideally the size should vary a couple of inches, but I had no suitable strainers, this turned out not baskets, and plates)
now that design is slowly lowered into boiling, deep frying pan Rast. oil for frying for 3 minutes, no more
first remove the small strainer, remove the basket from the larger one and leave to dry on a napkin (a few minutes), then spread on a plate
put in baskets to roast (cooked before frying baskets) and immediately served on the table because baskets dry pretty quickly (in 20 minutes)
so it looks like the author (to which some doubt)
