Pies with potatoes and dill
For me it is the most delicious filling for homemade yeast cakes!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Black pepper

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Butter

    1 pack

  • Yeast

    30 g

  • Salt

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

  • Milk

    550 ml

Drojjevoe to prepare the dough. To do this, dissolve the yeast in warm milk, add the egg, salt, sugar and flour. Knead, then add the softened butter. Knead the dough well, it should be homogeneous, well behind the walls of the cookware. The batter is a little sprinkle with flour, cover with a clean tea towel and leave for 3 hours in a warm place.
