Cottage cheese-Apple pancakes are cooked in minutes! They are perfect for Breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

Cooking

Apples wash, grate on a fine grater or chop in a blender. Grated I liked the consistency more.

In a blender put the cheese and eggs, punching them until smooth. To connect with apples. Add soda, salt and sugar.

Add the flour, stir well. The dough will be thick and sticky.

Bake in a pan with vegetable oil over very low heat. Take dough with a spoon and the second a little to scrape it into the pan with a spoon.
