Cooking

step-0
This recipe is nothing complicated, and it is suitable for those wishing to sit in the broth in anticipation of the bathing season or vegetable soup, as I did. Vegetable broth novarania on 2 types of pasta, about which you will tell. So, boiled for a couple (if fed correctly) sliced zucchini, shredded it in a blender, so cruelly did with feta. The toaster toasted 3 slices of baguette (on the amount left by experiment, pouring the finished crumbs in the zucchini mix, eggs and cheese). Pics little (cooked 2 rolls and 2 soups).
step-1
step-2
This is our dough, next time I will make it more cool to passatelli was less delicate and brittle. The ingredients are not indicated that we will need a sieve with holes with a diameter of about 6-7 mm, I only found this, my contemporaries skimmer.
step-3
Brought to the boil in the casserole broth and like a vulture, looming over them with a slotted spoon, full test. Take a teaspoon (or tablespoon) and begin to RUB the dough into the holes of the skimmer.
step-4
Ready worms (length about 1.5-2 cm) cut with a knife.
step-5
First, they fall to the bottom of the cauldron, ready (almost immediately) surface.
step-6
Ready passatelli took in a deep plate. So wiped all the batter and cooked all passatelli. Mix them (carefully) with a small amount of olive oil.
step-7
Put a little in a bowl and poured the broth.
step-8
Here they are - the Italian worms. Maybe you'll like it! Broth with passatelli (to live, not really sadly) made the Italian vegetable rolls (place). Bon appetit!
