At a diameter of 24cm. For the dough we need: 3 eggs 150g. margarine ( room temperature) 1 tbsp. sugar 15 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. baking Powder
step-1
To start, boil 3 eggs and separate the yolks ( whites not needed). Combine them with the softened margarine ( not melted!). Add sugar.
step-2
Mix with sifted flour and baking powder. Approximately 15 tablespoon. The dough should be like soft clay and not stick to hands. 1/3 put in the freezer. The rest of the layer in a baking dish and do a high side. I do layer in half a centimeter. Cover with film and leave.
step-3
For the filling we will need: 1 orange ( juicy and not small) 50g. nuts 40g. raisins 1 tsp. cinnamon Preheat the oven. Grind the nuts. Pour boiling water over raisins. Fileroom into small pieces, orange. The stuffing is ready.
step-4
For filling we will need: 2 orange 1st. l. sugar 1H. L. starch 50ml. cold water Squeeze juice from oranges. Put it on the stove and add the sugar. Stirring bring to the boil and reduce the heat. Dilute starch in water. Pour into the boiling juice. Stir constantly until thick and remove from heat.
step-5
The sauce should be like jelly.
step-6
On the dough put an orange, nuts, raisins, cinnamon. Pour the filling and wrap the edges.
step-7
Take the dough out of the freezer and grate. Sprinkle the pie. Put in a preheated 160-180°C oven for 30 minutes. Temperature and time adjust under Your oven.
step-8
Get and enjoy the taste! Bon appetit:) If You want a soft cake - put in a closed container. PS This is my debut, so do not judge strictly. Tried to describe everything in detail and understandable.
