A cake with bran
Delicate pie with useful bran. Help yourself dear cooks.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Bran

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Dried apricots

  • Raisins

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Vanilla

    1 pinch

Cooking

Beat eggs with sugar for 10 minutes.

Add flakes of TM MISTRAL.

Add milk and softened butter, mix well.

Add baking powder and flour.

Add the raisins and chopped dried apricots.

Put the dough in a greased form and bake at 180C for 20-25 minutes.
