Cooking
Prepare chicken fillet wash and cut into small chunks. I got 7 slices.
Fold our pileski in a deep bowl and fill it with wine. Leave an hour and a half or two. Say at once, time can be save, just I was in a hurry.
Now fry our pileski on a very hot pan with a small amount of oil for 3-5 minutes on each side. Each side then season with salt and pepper to taste. When they are almost ready, fill the pan with wine, in which they "swam", and let stew under the lid on VERY low heat for about 10 minutes (if you feel not enough wine, add). No need to wait until the wine evaporated. When the gravy in the pan just a little bit thick, try meat, it should be very soft, juicy and fully cooked.
