Fish with pineapple and cheese
Delightfully delicate, baked in cream fish. The combination of fish, pineapple and cheese makes this dish simply delicious!

Ingredients

  • Tilapia

    300 g

  • Leeks

    100 g

  • Pineapple

    6 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Syrup fruit

    100 ml

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

The form greased with vegetable oil, tilapia fillets (small, I got a gram for 100) cut in half, put into a form, add salt and pepper.

Leeks cut into rings, sprinkle the fish. Pineapple rings that I cut in half because pileski medium-sized, laid out on the bow, so that each piece of fish was for the two halves of the pineapple.

Cheese to grate on a coarse grater, sprinkle them over the pineapple. Cream and syrup mix and pour cheese.

Bake in the oven at 220 gr. 35 minutes.

I'm a little overexposed in the oven and the cheese is browned))) Very delicate fish! Used the recipe from the culinary calendar from the store Selver, the original fish should be red and cheese :-[ But my version was very tasty!!!
