Crispy fish with avocado sauce
Try fish, breaded in bread crumbs. This batter makes the crust especially delicious and crispy. And the avocado sauce with a touch of tartness - the perfect complement to any fish. P. Ingredients

  • Fish

    4 piece

  • Crumb bread

    6 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Water

    0.333 cup

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Pepper white

  • Mayonnaise

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Parsley

    1 Tbsp

If you are cooking a fish fillet in cubes, no defrosting, salt them, sprinkle with lemon juice and let stand for the time aside.

Prepare bread crumbs from white bread (can be fresh).

Stir the egg with a fork and add white pepper to taste. You can add any other spices for fish.

Heat the pan vegetable oil. Take the fish and makeem each block, first in the egg...

Fry in hot oil on both sides for 3-4 minutes until crispy Golden brown.

While fried fish, prepare the sauce. To do this, cut onion into thin half rings and garlic slices.

Saute onion and garlic in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil until soft.

In the bowl of a blender put the peeled and sliced avocados, add onion and garlic. Pour the boiled water and grind to a puree.

In the mixture add the parsley, salt and black pepper to taste and lemon juice (I upped the lemon juice to 2 tablespoons, since I prefer the sourer sauce). Stir well.

Optionally, you can add a little mayonnaise. It's not necessary.
