Ingredients

  • Meat

    1 kg

  • Soft cheese

    300 g

  • Mayonnaise

    6 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Ketchup

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Onion

    3 piece

Cooking

Meat cut into pieces 1 cm thick, repel, and salt.

To prepare the sauce of mayonnaise, soy sauce, ketchup, mustard, and pepper.

Fry the onions in vegetable oil, grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
