Easy to prepare dish. Maybe not very useful from the point of view of proper nutrition, but very TASTY!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

  • Vegetable oil

  • Garlic

  • Seasoning

1. Peel the potatoes and grate on a grater like this here.

3. Fry in deep fat. Dry excess oil.
