Schnitzel
Decided to share my recipe schnitzel udder. However, many do not favor dishes from this wonderful "place", and for good reason - this recipe can convince you that the udder is a wonderful, tasty product. Schnitzel it turns out very tasty, tender, with a browned, crispy crust!

Ingredients

  • Offal

    1 kg

  • Spices

    1 pack

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Bread crumbs

    100 g

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

The udder is cut into 2 pieces and soak in cold water with salt and vinegar for 2 hours. Drain, pour clean, bring to boil and cook for 5 minutes, again drain the water, wash the udder with cold water, pour clean water and boil for 5 minutes. This procedure is to be done 4-5 times. Then the udder should be washed, put in a pressure cooker, cover with water, add Bay leaf and cook for 2 hours in a pressure cooker.

Ready the udder to take out and cool.

Cut into large, but not too thin slices, as steak.

Now each slice salt, pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice, sprinkle with spices to barbecue or grill, marinade for 1 hour.

Prepare the batter with d/schnitzels: in one bowl beat the eggs, in another pour the flour, in the third - breadcrumbs.

Dip each piece first in beaten eggs, then roll in flour, again in egg and breadcrumbs.

Fry until Golden brown in a hot pan in vegetable oil.

It turns out very tender, flavorful, delicious, crispy, truly "Royal" schnitzel! You can serve it with any side dish, but with potatoes - mmm-simply relish! Cold a schnitzel for my taste, even more delicious! Try, help yourself! Bon appetit!
