This dish is very fall, I also tried to put more from the autumn, after giving. Here I will try today: better late than never. It's NOT a holiday dish, but just for lunch. Vegetables. Simply and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Onion

  • Carrots

  • Pepper

  • Tomato paste

  • Broth

  • Carnation

  • Bay leaf

  • Garlic

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Prepared, i.e. cleaned and cut our vegetables. Pepper and carrot sticks, onion half-rings, zucchini - slices (if it's big and with the seeds, as I had, too, half rings)))))))))) I took all the vegetables in any quantity, because everyone loves differently (some less onion...), and some specific criteria in this recipe there.

Fry the onion with the carrot.

Separately fry the zucchini. Slightly breaded in flour.

In the pan spread the bottom layer of the zucchini.

Him some of our roast, then all the peppers and top with the remaining onions carrots.

The top layer - the rest of the zucchini.

Fill the whole thing with sauce: about a Cup of broth + 2 tbsp. tomato paste + spices. And to extinguish to readiness on small fire. To be honest, I can't remember how long it was extinguished.
