Cooking
Let's start with preparing the dough for pancakes.
Beat eggs with sugar and salt until light foam.
Add the sifted flour, mix well.
Add the vegetable oil Oleina.
Gradually pour in the milk, stirring. Leave the dough to stand for 30-40 minutes.
While the dough is resting will make a delicious sauce.

Return to the saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly simmer over low heat for 8-10 minutes, until the mixture thickens. Add to the saucepan the almond paste and stirring constantly boil for another 5-7 minutes.
Remove from heat add brandy and flavoring, mix well, cool.
Almond petals fry in a dry pan.
This sauce is good by itself, it can be served as a dessert cream. Very tasty!
