Cooking
Sturgeon rinse and double rinse with boiling water on both sides. It will turn white and be easily cleaned from the scales.
Peel and chop the onion half rings and lemon slices.
Sturgeon season with salt and pepper, RUB with spices and top coat with olive oil. Greens cut.
Otherwise cover with foil. Spread half of the onion, lemon, herbs.
Put the sturgeon belly up. Inside the fish put the remaining onions, herbs, lemon. A little salt in our stuffing.
Wrap and place in the oven for 40-50 minutes at temp. 200 degrees (if the fish is less than 1 kg, 40 min., if longer-50).
Gently unfold the fish. For the holiday table can be decorated with patterns made of mayonnaise, figures from vegetables. The dish will look gorgeous. And the aroma and taste will impress the guests of the spot. I was preparing for a trial, so they have not even tried with the decoration.
