Duck baked with Apple, pumpkin and quince
That's really what will really impress your guests, it is a duck baked with pumpkin and sweet fruit. Quince you can substitute the dried apricots with raisins or prunes and nuts. Duck goes well with sweet fruits. For the competition "Bright mood".

Ingredients

Mixture pour boiling water and steam for 10-15 minutes.
