Cake
The website contains a lot of different recipes of this delicious cake. Everyone brings some zest to the cake and playing with new colors! I know this is incredibly delicious cake from early childhood! I often visited my grandmother in the village, she's had her milk, sour cream, cheese, etc. and she always made this cake, though huge, and I helped her (happy childhood memories). Wanted I "Earl ruins", began to look for recipes, but there is no such thing as a child! All shoveled, but it's not that! A little bit, but not that! And then, Oh joy, I found my grandmother's old notebook with recipes and this recipe! My bliss knew no bounds! I immediately rushed to make a double batch!

Cooking

Beat the eggs to a froth. Add half a Cup of white sugar and half a Cup of cane sugar TM Mistral. I have a lump of Demerara sugar, it has a rich taste. I made sense or just in a glass. Don't be scared of my volumes, I did a double batch for the whole family.

Add baking powder and vanilla sugar.

Add mayonnaise and mix well.

Sift the flour and mix thoroughly to avoid lumps.

Divide the dough into two parts: one sift cocoa. Bake at 200 degrees until dry sticks. The time depends on the amount and size of the form. I baked in a round form with a diameter of 28 cm two layers, because I had double the volume, baking time was on each cake approximately for 40 minutes. It is better to bake one cake in a round shape, and the second in any way, then it is more convenient to work with a straight form, rather than round. Although there is a big difference.

While preparing the cake, prepare the cream filling. Take the cream, add white and brown sugar, stir. Leave aside, stirring occasionally so that the sugar is completely dissolved in cream.

Have a round of biscuit cut edge, cut in half and put one part on the bottom of the form. It is better to take a plate with sides, because the butter cream and icing can run down and run away with flat serves. Cropped top and cut edges of arbitrary cubes.
