Delicious foods! Juice up fresh. Can I take out of the package? Don't know - was made from oranges.
Oven included 180 degrees. Baking dish - diameter 20 cm, lubricated with oil and cover with baking paper.
With 3 oranges remove the zest in thin strips. These strips we will need for the cream. Also you can grate the oranges and zest to the test. But I bought ready-made dried orange peel in sachets.
Squeeze juice from oranges. Buy delicious oranges, juicy and not sour. For the test we need 160 ml of juice. For this goal I needed 2 large oranges. But everyone looks for their products.
In a bowl (a bowl) pour dry normal Mac and fill it with 160 ml of orange juice. Leave to the side.
Whisk 185 g of soft butter (margarine) with 110 g. of sugar until creamy.
Add to butter mixture one egg. With every introduction of the eggs, and beat for 1 minute.
Add 3 tsp of orange peel. Stir.
Sift flour with baking powder. In the egg-oil mass injected alternately flour and poppy seed mixture, stir well with a metal spoon. Mac entered with the juice, i.e. the entire mixture from the bowl.
Here is the dough, smooth and shiny, that should work.
Pour the batter into the pan, level. Bake for 45 minutes. Check readiness of a wooden torch - puncture in the center of the cake, the torch should come out dry.
Take out of the oven. 10 minutes leave in the form.
Freed from the mold and turn over on the grill. Let it cool down completely.
Squeeze of orange juice (80 ml), add 150 g of sugar and put on low heat until the sugar is dissolved.
Add spiral of orange zest, bring to the boil and then leave to cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally but not (!!!).
Remove the pan from the heat. Forceps to collect the zest from the syrup and spread it on the bars. Sugar syrup is completely cooled.
160 g butter, beat until creamy and smooth. Gradually to the butter pour the orange-sugar syrup, whisking until obtaining a smooth cream.
Cut the cake lengthwise into two equal parts.
Half the cream is applied to the lower layer.
Cover with a second crust and put on top the remaining cream. I put the cream in a cooking bag and squeeze the cream in a spiral. On top decorate with dried orange candied fruits.
