Ingredients

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Sugar

    250 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Orange juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Hazelnuts

    100 g

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    150 g

  • Orange juice

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Beat soft butter with sugar, egg yolk, egg, vanilla sugar and orange juice.

Gradually add the sifted flour, cocoa and ground hazelnuts. Carefully mix the dough with spoon or hands to form a ball, wrap in clingfilm and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes. (The dough I got is darker than the photo)

Heat the oven to 180°. Roll the dough between two layers of cling film to a thickness of ~ 5 mm. Cut with cookie cutter stars, put on baking trays lined with baking paper, and bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes. Allow to cool. Mix powdered sugar with orange juice. To decorate the cookies. Store in a tin.
