Omelet with olives
Another result of my desperate improvisation. In the pioneering do not claim, however, in the depths of the Internet mentioning the same meals I could find.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Milk

    0.333 cup

  • Cheese

    2 Tbsp

  • Olives

    50 g

  • Dill

  • Butter

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Finely chop the dill and chop the olives (after removing bones, if any).

In a deep bowl break 3 eggs, add milk and grated cheese. Stirs up.

There pour chopped olives, dill, pepper and stir again. NOTE: do not add salt! Salt from the olives and cheese will be enough.

In a pan melt a knob of butter and pour it onlynow mass.

Fry on high heat for about 10 minutes, from time to time lifting the spatula edges so that the omelette cooked evenly.

As soon as the omelet comes until tender, place on a plate. Very good add - on is cherry tomatoes.
