PANCAP
Garnish in Welsh. PANCAP is a puree of root vegetables. Found the recipe for this dish, but all hands did not reach to make it. Now it's decided.

Ingredients

  • Radish

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Salt

  • Parsley

  • Butter

Potatoes and radish to clean. Cut into small pieces. Put in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Season with salt and cook until the vegetables are tender.

When vegetables are cooked, drain the water and mash into a puree with added butter. It is possible to taste add favorite spices. PANCAP to serve as a side dish, or just as a special treat, with cream, buttermilk or yogurt. Before serving, sprinkle with parsley (I have it ended and I sprinkled green onions).
