Yesterday, my husband caught carp, I offer you one of the recipes of its cooking.

Ingredients

  • Carp

    1 piece

  • Figure

    1 cup

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Sour cream

Carp clean, remove the innards, season with salt, leave for 1-1,5 hours.

Sauté onions and carrots, add boiled rice, herbs, seasonings to taste, mix well.

Fill the belly of the carp with a stuffing, pour sour cream or mayonnaise.Bake in the oven until done 20-30 minutes (can be in foil).
