Cooking
For the base oatmeal fry in a dry pan for 7-10 minutes until a nutty smell.
Raisins pour boiling water for 20 minutes. Drain the water and crush the raisins in a blender. Add to oatmeal, raisins and flax seeds.
Mix well and tightly trombate in shape, covered with cling film.
For the filling gelatin cover with water and cook according to instructions. I had instant, so I just heated until complete dissolution of gelatin, not boiling. Cool.
Cottage cheese with yogurt blendera whisk until smooth without lumps.
I used here such bifidum.
Add gelatin and stir. Pour on the base. Sprinkle a little flax seed and put them in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Perevorachivaet neatly on a plate, remove the film and spread on a dish! Our cheesecake diet ready! Very tasty and healthy!
