Diet cheesecake with flax seed
Very often cook this (if you can call it that) cheesecake. The basis of oat flakes and a smidge of cottage cheese and yogurt! Tasty and healthy! Variations of this cake a lot, you can read below. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    0.5 cup

  • Raisins

    100 g

  • Flax seeds

    1 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Yogurt

    250 g

  • Gelatin

    10 g

  • Water

    70 ml

  • Flax seeds

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

For the base oatmeal fry in a dry pan for 7-10 minutes until a nutty smell.

Raisins pour boiling water for 20 minutes. Drain the water and crush the raisins in a blender. Add to oatmeal, raisins and flax seeds.

Mix well and tightly trombate in shape, covered with cling film.

For the filling gelatin cover with water and cook according to instructions. I had instant, so I just heated until complete dissolution of gelatin, not boiling. Cool.

Cottage cheese with yogurt blendera whisk until smooth without lumps.

Add gelatin and stir. Pour on the base. Sprinkle a little flax seed and put them in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
