Fish cakes with spinach
Simple delicious fish cakes. Long did not dare to cook something with spinach, but still had the courage. Just was in a ceviche :)

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    1 pack

  • Mayonnaise

    0.5 pack

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Flour

    2 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Spinach

    250 g

  • Minced fish

    1 kg

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Spices

  • Salt

Cooking

Defrosts minced fish. Put the spinach into a pan without oil and just let it thaw (if frozen). Mix the minced meat with spinach.

Divide the stuffing two eggs, add a little flour, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add the spices to taste.

All mix well.

Cut cheese slices here such.

Formed patties. Put in two slices of cheese. Add on top of stuffing and form into a ball.

Prepare sauce: mix sour cream, mayonnaise and milk with spices.

Cakes put into the form and cover with the sauce. Bake for about 20 minutes. Bon appetit!
