Almond-caramel cupcakes on the proteins
Cupcakes made from ground almonds, with a minimum of flour and proteins. Have cupcakes, in addition to almond, a nice caramel flavor, which gives them the brown sugar TM"Mistral", a Little moist inside, crispy outside. Prepared very quickly without any whipping. Based on the recipe Irina fadeaway, which I eventually changed

Ingredients

  • Brown sugar

    160 g

  • Almonds

    100 g

  • Butter

    120 g

  • Flour

    45 g

  • Egg white

    4 piece

  • Vanilla

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Melt butter. Almonds to grind into flour

In a bowl add flour, chopped almonds, vanilla. Add the brown sugar TM"Mistral". Mix

Add the whites and stir with a spoon until smooth

Pour warm melted butter

Mix well until smooth

Put the dough, leaving 0.5 cm to the brim, into molds, greased and floured. Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 210 degrees for 20 minutes (focus on your oven)until dry matches. After baking to give the cakes to cool slightly (2-3 minutes)and free from molds
