Easter wreath
Offer You the recipe simple to prepare, but very elegant and delicious Easter wreaths. Very rich, sweet, it is perfect for a holiday tea party. The filling can be changed according to your taste. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

Warm kefir add the yeast, 1 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp flour. Mix well, cover with a towel and allow to rise.

Sift flour, add salt, remaining sugar, vanilla sugar, mix well. In approaching the dough to enter the softened butter (70 g), 1 egg, then gradually add the flour and knead soft, pliable dough. Coat the dough with oil, cover, place in warm place and allow to rise 2 times. For proofing of the dough I used the slow cooker.
