Carrot cake with pear sauce
A beautiful pie with carrots, the benefits of which can say a lot. No less beautiful and complementary cake spicy pear gravy. All together useful as possible - baking.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Pear

    2 piece

  • Cinnamon

  • Ginger

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Honey

    4 Tbsp

Carrots wash, clean and RUB on a small grater. Add the sugar and rubs, I did it by hand. Carrots give juice. Adjust sugar according to your taste. You can add more or less.

To the carrots add the vegetable oil TM "Oleyna and soda slaked lemon juice.

Mix the flour with baking powder, sift. Gradually introduced into carrot mixture. Then gradually add water. The dough should get the consistency of thick cream. It all depends on the juiciness of the carrots. Perhaps water will need a little less. Stir it carefully.

Form grease with vegetable oil TM "Oleyna"

Spread the dough. Sent in a preheated 200 gr. the oven for even Browning top and dry toothpick.

Meanwhile, make the sauce. Pear clean from the skin. Cut into dice.

In a pan add the honey, juice from one small lemon. Spread the pear. Add the cinnamon and dried ginger. Simmer all together until soft pear.

Pour our pie sauce and spread on top of pears. Also the sauce as you believe it will not be enough.
