Chocolate paste
Delicious, chocolate, home-made pasta.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Chocolate milk

    50 g

  • Nuts

In a pan (I use nonstick) pour in the milk, add sugar, flour and cocoa. Put on slow fire, periodically stirring with a whisk for whipping. Weight pretty quickly begins to thicken.

As soon as the mass thickens, remove from heat, leave for 15-20 minutes to cool, add the butter mix and put in a jar and refrigerate.

The paste can be spread on a granola bar, cookies, etc.. Kids like to just eat with a spoon.
