Zucchini with garlic and Chile
My microwave from the date of purchase, except that used as a means of heating. But bought it at the time, with the condition that there is a grill and it can cook a lot of Goodies.   • Zucchini

Make the filling: peel a garlic, from Chile to remove seeds, finely chop. Add the garlic and Chile in a saucepan, pour in the oil. Heat on low heat for 5-6 minutes, until the garlic has become Golden. Drain the oil and keep.

Preheat the grill. Zucchini cut into thick slices on the diagonal. Brush the flavoured oil and fry in the mode the grill , turning occasionally and lubricating oil. Cooking time is determined by the characteristics of your microwave oven.
