Olive oil
Cooking
Boil vegetables
Fry the mushrooms
Vegetables cut into big pieces
Take the vegetables and mushrooms on the skewers randomly, sprinkle with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning. Turn over and again the oil and seasonings.
Put in a preheated 200-250 gr. The oven on the grate and bake for 5 minutes
Serve sprinkled with fresh chopped greens. BON APPETIT!!!
