Almond-yogurt cake
Delicious airy almond cake with a light lemon flavor. Help yourself!!!

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    300 g

  • Butter

    180 g

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Yogurt

    200 g

  • Lemon peel

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Almonds

    0.75 piece

  • Salt

    1 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    0.5 piece

Cooking

Almond grind in a blender or coffee grinder with 2st. L. sugar.

Beat the butter with the sugar until creamy.

Enter the eggs one by one continuing to whisk.

Add the zest and yoghurt.

Add salt, flour with baking powder and crushed almonds.

Cake pan grease with butter and sprinkle with flour.

Pour the mass into the form and put in a preheated 170 oven on bottom shelf for 1 hour.

The finished cake leave for 10 minutes and then remove from the mold.

The final stage-sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar. Ready!!!
