I already wrote that the rice varieties Basmati is one of my favorite varieties. It is just perfect for salads, appetizers, desserts. Dlinnenkie grain delicious by themselves, but combined with quinoa grains it is much wins. I always want to cook from it something innovative and unusual. Here I offer you a dessert billet with a bright taste and aroma.

With one large orange to remove the zest using peelers. Need wide seams, but make sure that zest was filmed without the white part, otherwise the rice will taste bitter. With orange, took the peel, and squeezed the juice out of it.

I got half a glass of orange juice. As I took a half Cup of cereal, then I need for cooking liquid 1 Cup ( to 1 part mix to 2 parts water).
