Lamb with vegetables
Who loves lamb, the one just like it! And who doesn't love, that's worth a try. Though lamb and fatty meat, but this fat is easiest to digest.

Ingredients

  • Greens

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Zucchini

    0.5 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Lamb

    500 g

  • Rosemary

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Lamb cut into pieces and set aside. Onions finely cut and fry over medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Then add the meat, stir, cover with a lid, make the minimum fire and simmer until the meat is tender. In about 1.5 hours. May take more time, it all depends on the meat.

Until stew meat, cut into thin strips carrot, zucchini.

Diced tomatoes. Who doesn't like the skin, can take it off, dropping tomatoes in boiling water for 5 minutes. After 1.5 hours, add carrots, do a medium heat, simmer 15 minutes, then the zucchini, simmer for 15 minutes, then tomatoes, simmer until until the tomatoes turn into a sauce. Do not forget to periodically stirring. When the tomatoes turned to sauce, salt, pepper (I use a pepper mill, 4), add the greens and rosemary. Simmer for another 5 minutes, turn off, cover, allow to infuse for 10-15 minutes and that is ALL! You can enjoy :-) enjoy your meal!!!
