Knuckle in garlic sauce with spices
The most common knuckle, but with lots of garlic. Nice especially in the winter. Simply delicious!

Ingredients

  • Knuckle

    1 piece

  • Sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Coriander

  • Oregano

  • Black pepper

    10 piece

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

Cooking

Cook pork in water with the addition of black pepper peas,salt and Bay leaf 1.5 hours.

Take black pepper and milled it in a mortar, add to the coriander,oregano ,salt and garlic sauce.

Before you coat with the sauce, nashpigovat shank with garlic! Then lubricated with pork sauce, cover with foil and bake 1 hour. After an hour, remove the foil , increase the temperature slightly and bake 30-40 min until tender. Savory!
